We are pleased to announce that a new version of the "Sonny Angel APP" will be released in October 2026.
In connection with the new app, please review the following important information regarding SA Point item applications and the transfer of SA Points.
New SA Point Item Applications & Final Order Date for Item Bundles
The last day to reserve new point items on the current Sonny Angel APP will be Monday, September 28, 2026.
Following your point item application, the last day to bundle and receive your reserved point items is Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
Customers who have already claimed or will apply for point items must place an order on the Sonny Angel Official Online Store Japan by Wednesday, September 30, 2026, to receive their items.
※If you have not put in a claim for a point item, you can continue to place regular orders for point items as usual after Wednesday, September 30, 2026.

Please note that if you put in a claim for a point item but do not place an order by Wednesday, September 30, 2026, your claim will be automatically canceled.
Canceled point items can easily be re-claimed through the new app once it is released.
Please be aware that inventory for canceled point items will not be reserved. When claiming again in the new app, please select your desired item from the point items displayed on the claimed screen.
Point Item Lineup in the New App
Point items available for redemption in the new app will feature the same lineup as in the current app.
We also plan to introduce new point items sequentially in the future. Please stay tuned!
SA Points for Purchases Made Before and After the New App Release
Rest assured that SA Points will continue to be awarded as usual for orders placed on the online store prior to the release of the new app.
In addition, you will be able to transfer your current points by creating a new account on the new app using the same email address registered with the Sonny Angel Official Online Store Japan and linking it to your store account.
However, for orders placed after the release of the new app, points will not be awarded if your account registration on the new app is not complete at the time of purchase.
Points cannot be retroactively added for orders placed prior to completing your registration on the new app.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to register for the new app as soon as possible once it is released.
We will continue our efforts to enhance our services to make the Sonny Angel APP even more enjoyable.
