[ Important Notes Regarding Orders Shipped to the United States ]

We are pleased to announce that shipping to the United States will resume on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. United States order acceptance was previously halted due to suspension of the de minimis duty exception.

Please note:

• Until EMS service resumes, all orders to the USA will be shipped via DHL.
• Shipping fees remain unchanged regardless of the carrier.

For international orders, customs duties and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. Due to continued suspension of the de minimis exemption, all shipments to the USA will incur customs duties and handling fees.

In the unlikely event that an order is:

• Held beyond the carrier’s storage period, or
• Refused due to unpaid customs duties,

a refund will be issued after the item is returned and all return-related fees are confirmed. Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
• If the total fees exceed the item cost, a separate invoice will be issued and you will be charged for the remaining balance.
